Thank you for trusting Brittany Nau Photography with your listing! My goal is to make the photography process simple and seamless while providing professional marketing content that helps your property stand out.
This guide has everything you need to prepare for photo day and know what to expect before, during, and after your shoot.

PREPARING FOR PHOTO DAY
A little preparation makes a big difference!
Please have the property photo-ready before the scheduled appointment time so I can focus on capturing the home at its best.
Before I arrive:
- Declutter countertops, tables & visible surfaces
- Make beds and straighten pillows & linens
- Open blinds and curtains
- Replace an burned-out light bulbs
- Hide trash cans, pet bowls, cords & personal items
- Remove vehicles from the driveway and front of the home
- Secure pets in an area that will not be photographed
- Tidy outdoor spaces, porches and yards
- Sellers/occupants should plan to step out during the shoot whenever possible.
Please note: Small adjustments may be made while photographing, but extensive cleaning, decluttering or staging is not included.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON PHOTO DAY
When I arrive, I'll do a quick walkthrough of the property before getting started. I'll photograph the home with attention to composition, lighting, and the features that help it show its best.
Depending on the services booked, I may also capture aerial photography, video, and floor plan layouts during the appointment.
You do not need to be present during the shoot as long as access to the property has been arranged.
AFTER YOUR SHOOT
Your completed media will be delivered within 24-48 hours through a private online gallery.
Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to view your images and any additional media included with your booking. If your package includes floor plans, video, or other marketing media, those will be included in your gallery.
Need a change? If you notice something that needs attention during delivery, please reach out. I'm happy to review reasonable edit requests.
